Surrondings
Starý & Nový Smokovec are great places for summer and winter holidays. They are the starting points for walking, hiking and cycling.
The small ski center (Jakubkova luka) is 10 minutes walk. Biggest ski centers in Tatras (Strbske pleso, Tatranska Lomnica) are 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by cable car/bus. The same distance is aquapark in Poprad.
High Tatras offer a rich program of activities during whole year long. You can relax in wellness centers in closed hotels after hiking or skiing. |

Parking & transportation
There is a parking place opposite the main road behind the church where you can leave you car (2€ per day).
All cities in Hign Tatras are interconected by cable car and bus (free skibus during winter period with skipass). The cable car, rail and bus station is 5 minutes walk from the apartments. |
